Novice Hornets Win Big in their own BARN!!!!!
It was a snowy night to start the Elite Championship for The Mighty Hornets.
The turnout for the first championship game was good considering the weather brrrrrrr and snowy. I hope everyone made it home tonight safely!!! The teams came onto the ice and the stands started cheering. They had a quick warmup and the game was on. There was alot of excitment at this game. It started when Brent H scored to put the Hornets on the board and then the team was rolling. Roger B......SCORED his FIRST Goal of the season and it was a great goal. Then it was Colby T SCORING his FIRST goal and he liked it sooooo much he decided to score a second goal way to gooooooooo guys. There was more scoring from Mathew W adding one, and Brent H adding one more with Daniel P adding two more to make the score 8-0. The Wildcats pounded one passed Jaden G to keep him from a shoutout. The team was working well as one unit and it was nice to see help given from Jackson F. Kaiden H, Kaiden B, Reese O, Avery H, Kyson W and Daniel P with his relentless breakaways on the Wildcat goalie. I need to give credit to the Wildcats for not giving up tonight and I'm sorry I missed calling your name over the pa system for scoring. Game #2 is in the Elma Logan Arena in Moncton on Monday March 18 at 7pm. Way to go HORNETS!!!!!!!!! Lets ROLL!!!!!!
