Exciting Upcoming Events for Minor Hockey
The Howick Athletic Association met on October 17th. There are several important dates for you to keep in mind.
Howick is hosting Bantam tournament on November 18th, 19th and 20th.
We will be needing volunteers. Jennifer Foster will be in charge of
the food for the tournament. If you can help her out, I'm sure she'd
appreciate it.
Time keepers and admission personnel will also be needed. This is a
great way for high school students to get their community hours. Please
see Sam King or Lisa Harding if interested.
Becky Maldini is looking after organizing picture day for all Howick Hornet players. Once a date has been finalized, we will let you know.
Reminder that our Power Skating starts this Wednesday (October 19th). Novice/Atom and first year PeeWee have the 5:00 to 6:00 time slot while the 2nd year PeeWee, Bantam and Midgets have the 6:00 to 7:00 pm time. Cost is only $40.00 for a 10 week session. Please bring a cheque to the first session. Ang Wilken and Jennifer Foster will be your contact for Power Skating.
Keep January 21st 2012 open. This is our Hockey Day in Howick. We have a full day line up of exciting hockey, prizes, and a licensed bar upstairs. More details to follow.
