Registration will be open until May 31, 2023, after which a late fee of $150 will be applied.

Please note:
All new players to Howick Minor Hockey, including players who have never played minor hockey and/or players recently relocated to the Howick area or transferring from another center, will need to contact Howick Minor Hockey to register.


****Complete registration includes online registration (PLEASE BE SURE TO SELECT FUNDRAISING AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION), payment, birth certificate (for new players) & Respect in Sport (for new players)****

   

  U5 (Preschool Program - player born 2019 and 2020)

  No registration fee for first time playerscopy of player’s birth certificate required at registration
·         Program focus is on learning to skate and stick and puck control
·         All sessions will be held at the Howick Community Centre
·         Two 50 minute ice sessions per week
·         Able parents are encouraged lace up their skates and helmet to assist the instructor on ice

 
  U7 (Initiation - 2017 and 2018) & U8 (Minor Novice - 2016)

  No registration fee for first time playerscopy of player’s birth certificate required at registration

·         Watch your child have great fun learning hockey skills in a fun team environment

·         Enjoy two 50 minute ice sessions per week

·         All games played against neighbouring associations

  U9 (born 2015), U11 (2014 and 2013), U13 (2012 and 2011),
  U15 (2010 and 2009), U18 (2008 and 2007) 

  Half price registration for first time playerscopy of player’s birth certificate required at registration

·         Early season power skating included

·         2-3 ice session per week including practice, league and exhibition games

·         Improve your hockey abilities while learning how to be part of a team and cooperation with others


  All age divisions include:

·         Every player receives an individual and team photo

·         Fully recoupable $150 fund raising commitment per player (max. $300 per family)

·         All programs are co-ed

·         Mandatory Respect in Sports Program promotes a positive sporting environment
