As per the OMHA Return to Hockey Framework, teams will be rostered to a maximum of 9 players + 1 goalie.
As a minor hockey organization we will do our best to work with the numbers and see that every player is rostered to a team, but there are no guarantees, therefore we have to disclose that registration will be accepted on a first come first served basis. For that reason it is imperative that you register your child ASAP. Although we have given a deadline of September 11, we highly recommend you submit your completed registration at your earliest opportunity.
Complete registration includes the form, payment, birth certificate (for new players).
Registration options include:
Online - Fillable PDF Registration Form can be found on our website, simply fill in & email to [email protected]
Drop Off – Print off & complete the Registration Form, drop off form to the Harding’s at 45011 Harriston Road
Mail In - Print off & complete the Registration Form, mail to PO Box 247 Fordwich, ON N0G 1V0
Although we are collecting full payments at this time, we will refund 1/3 of registration fees if we do not reach November 15, and another 1/3 if we do not reach January 15. Refunds will ONLY be issued based on COVID-19 restrictions as put forth by Hockey Canada, OHF, OMHA, WOAA, Huron-Perth Public Health Unit or Township of Howick.
We may find that we are in need of more volunteers for this season. Please indicate at the bottom of the registration form what you are able to / interested in helping with.
As stipulated in the OHF RTP Framework, players can stay where they were rostered in 2019-20 or return to their home association.
