If you missed hockey registration day there is still time to sign-up.
You have three options :
1) Download the registration form from the link below and email it to [email protected]
Save the pdf file to your computer and then open it with adobe reader(not just in you web browser).
In Adobe reader click Sign(top right corner) then Add Text. This will allow you to fill in the form.
Save the file and email it as an attachment. We will contact you to arrange payment and any other
documents we may require.
2) Mail the completed form, Registration cheque(post dated Sept 1)and $150 fund raising deposit cheque
(dated January 31, 2015) and birth certificate for first time players to:

3) Drop off the completed form, Registration cheque(post dated September 1, 2014)and $150 fund raising
