1st Annual Howick Hornets Food Drive was a success!

The 1st Annual Howick Hornets Food Drive was a
success. We collected a large number of food items which were donated to the
CKNX Relief Truck. The Howick Optimist matched our collection with a very
generous $1000 donation! The CKNX Relief Truck collects food donations for the
North Huron Community Food Share program. A group of our Howick Hornets players
spent some time with CKNX's Buzz Reynolds helping sort through the food
donations. It was a fun afternoon! The Howick Minor Hockey Executive would like
to thank all those who supported the food drive and especially the Howick
Optimist for participating in this endeavour. Thank You!
