Game vs. Hanover #2 October 24th & Game vs. Mount Forest Nov. 2nd
The Atom Hornets played their home opener, first league game on October 24 playing against Hanover #2
and came out on top with a big win 5-2. On November 2 the Atoms travelled to Mount Forest to play their #2 team and fell short to a fast skating Rams club who beat the Hornets 7-0. These two league games are the first two games in which it puts the Atoms at one and one on the season. The original scheduled game coming up on November 7 against Listowel is being rescheduled to a later time and the Howick Hornets look to travel to Drayton on November 9 for their next game. Here's hoping that it's not Sunday games that pull down this team and the Hornets come out against the Drayton team with fast strides and lots of goals.
