Mustangs's Gallop back into the Game
Tiverton built up a 4-2 lead early in the third only to have to settle for a tie as the Stangs scored twice late to finalize the come back.
Holly Nelson, Sydney Carson, Brooke Hamilton and Shelby Douglas scored in the game for Upper Maitland.
After Hamilton scored to pull them within a goal, Coach Beare sent out a power line with just over a minute remaining to look for the equalizer. Her instincts were well founded as right from the faceoff the Stangs got the puck deep and Hussey worked it to Hawthorne in front who was denied, but Douglas pounced on the rebound to complete the comback.
