Atom Rep, 2015-2016 (Howick Minor Hockey)

The Atom Rep Hornet's concluded the playoff loop play for the season with a 6-2 defeat to the Saugeen Shores Storm. The score did not reflect the end to end action and quality scoring chances that both teams showcased. Dayden Frey once again displayed his goaltending talents time and time again. Once when a Storm player started to raise his arms to celebrate that he'd scored, Frey slid from post to post with a huge pad save!

Preparing for the start of a game is vital in the the effort that is shown on the ice. This was evident in the final result of each of the last two games the Atom Rep's have participated in.

Dayden Frey has been solid positionally and made outstanding saves when called upon in each of the last three league playoff games. Two against Arran-Elderslie and a rematch against Wingham from whom they opened league play against. 

The Rep Hornet's began their WOAA divisional loop play tonight in Wingham against the AE Ironmen. After opening the scoring in the first Wingham rallied for a 4-2 victory.

The Atom Rep Hornet's were eliminated from OMHA play downs Saturday morning at the Hornet's nest with a 7-3 loss to the Zurich Thunder.
